A casual clean vibe for a hip neighbourhood. The dark, leathered granite countertop is sophisticated and casual - all at the same time. Together with the black cooktop and black sink, it gives the illusion of a longer run of counter. To maximize the kitchen space, we moved the powder room to an unused space under the stairs.
Both the powder room vanity and granite countertops in the kitchen were upcycled from other projects. What doesn’t work in one home, may be stunning in another. No need to send more stuff to landfill. This was a win for everybody.
